She was predeceased by: her father James Stephens; her husband Oliver; her daughter-in-law Barbara Adams Stone; and her siblings, Edna Grace Stephens, Ruth Hall, Edith Patrick, Lorene Meineke, Curtis Stephens, Cledis Stephens, Clyde Stevens, Fred Stephens and William Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Iris R. Hornung (David) of Shelby, James D. Stone of Shelby and O. David Stone (Deborah) of Willard; her granddaughters, Melissa Markou (Gus), Kristen Yontz (Jake) and Lisa Stone; her stepgrandchildren, Nicole Lieurence, Connie Knight, Nathan Warren, Christopher Warren and Clinton Warren; and her siblings, Joy Slone (Cleophas) of Liberty, Wanda Duff (Enoch) of Greenfield, Patricia Hearn (Reid) of Mayfield, Kentucky and Jack Stevens (Joyce) of Hueysville, Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
