He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard King and Mary Gillette (Acker); his stepchildren, Joey Auck and Dick VanWagner; and his brother Carl King (Carla).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis King (Speelman); and his stepchildren, Cheryl Hamons (Paul Jr), Connie Roy (Terry), Cindy Alt, Tami Spoon, David VanWagner (Susan) and James Auck. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
