She was predeceased by: her parents, William Deibert and Janet Utz (Aiken); her husband Gerald E. Phillips; her siblings, Sara Weiker, Janet Biller, Sandra Soski and Wesley Deibert; her siblings-in-law, Delores Heil and Melvin G. Phillips; her granddaughter Nicole Anne Phillips; and her son-in-law Michael Snook.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Snook of Willard, Stephen Phillips (Janet) of Willard, Jeffrey Phillips (Evelyn) of Attica, Susan Frisch of Willard, Gerald Phillips (Susan) of Willard and Jeanne Lillo (Doug) of Willard; and her siblings, Margaret Phillips and Mike Deibert (Sheila). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Southern Care Hospice, American Cancer Society, Bismark Senior Community Center or to the Donor's Choice.
