He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence R. Fulton and Ethel Fulton Sr. (Fellver); and his daughters, Lisa Fagan and Lori Teats. He is survived by: his wife Terri Ione Bruce Fulton (Perdue); his son Gilbert Fulton; and his grandchildren, Jamie Vanderpool, Lindsey Laser and Jason Laser. He is also survived by 3 great granddaughters; 2 great grandsons and a sister.
