He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardrick Ratliff and Iva Ratliff (Hall); his children, Tammy Jones and Roger Ratliff; and his siblings, Sue Tomblin, Robie Ratliff and Randall Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Ratliff (Slone); his son Nicholas Ratliff (Brooke) of Galloway, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kencaide Ratliff and Makenlee Ratliff; his children, Melissa Hamilton (Harold) of Willard, Ohio, Theresa Newsome of Dayton, Ohio and Terry Ratliff of Lexington, Kentucky; and his siblings, Bonnie Middleton of Ashland, Kentucky, Georgie Bradley of Marion, Ohio, Rick Ratliff of Marion, Ohio. and Jimmy Ratliff of Marion, Ohio.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
