She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Ray and Wanda Lee Bolen (Hicks); her grandchild Koty Howard; and her sister Beverly Schlarb. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Marie Inmon-May of Charleston and Joshua Curtis Pugh of Plymouth; her grandson Jacob Trent of Shelby; and her siblings, Brendal Rowlett (Rich) of Willard, Bernita Montgomery of Willard, Bud Bolen of Bloomville and Randy Bolen (Charlotte) of Attica. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
