Watters of Wilkesville, Ohio, born in Vinton, Ohio, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Elvis and Mary Ellen Watters (Moler); and his siblings, Jimmy, Douglas Watters, Reatha Gowin and Barbara Vanover.

He is survived by: his daughter Denise Carley (Jay); his grandchildren, Christina and Jack Carley; and his sisters, Carol Smith and Linda Lowe.
