She was predeceased by: her parents, Sammy Marcum and Julia Runyon Marcum; her spouse Jesse Maynard; her daughter Barbara Stiffler; her sons-in-law, George Speakman, David Stiffler, Sr. and Raymond Stapleton; and her siblings, John, William Marcum, Edith Newsome, Olive Newsome, Fanny Maynard, Opal Metheney, Shirley Parsley and Ernestine Clay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Edith Doles (Don) of Wilkesville, Ohio, Jaree Stapleton of Wilkesville, Ohio and Jo Adkins (Tony) of Wilkesville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Cindy Rodgers (Rob) of Wilkesville, Ohio, Ann Wood (John) of Wilkesville, Ohio, David Stiffler, Jr. of Wilkesville, Ohio, Jackie Roberge (Doug) of Wilkesville, Ohio, Jay Speakman (Joy) of Wilkesville, Ohio, Phillip Adkins (Deana) of Wilkesville, Ohio, Josh Adkins (Shanna) of Wilkesville, Ohio and Adam Adkins of Wilkesville, Ohio; and her sister Evalou Lawson (Don).
