He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Waugh and Gladys "Sis" Collins (Browning); his wife Karen Sue Waugh; his siblings, Robert, James, Alford Waugh, Jane Britz and Cora Bethel; and his granddaughter Lacey R. West.
He is survived by: his children, John Waugh (Stacy) of Ray, Joshua Waugh of Sprinfield, Ohio, Amy Waugh of Wilkesville and Jessica Scott (Waugh) of Chillicothe, Ohio; and his sister Martha Wick of Springfield, Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations, everyone is asked to wear a mask indoors and practice proper social distancing procedures and guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
