He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Earl Cecil, Sr. and Paul McKinniss. He is survived by: his parents, Brian K. McKinniss and Pamela S. Cecil McKinniss; his wife Raschel LeMay McKinniss; his children, Cecil, Josie, Olivia and Wyatt; his grandmothers, Wavalene "Mam" Cecil and Grace; and his siblings, Keith McKinniss (Lisa) and Stacy Collins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
