He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Arnold and Garnet Mae Harless (Davis); his sister Melinda Harless; his brother-in-law Bobby Joe Pope; and his son-in-law Allen Winn Smith (Anita Harless).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Harless (Simms); his children, Heather Harless, Billy Harless, Jr. (Sandy) and Vanessa Farley (Buel); his grandchildren, Jacob Lambert (Brianna) of Paigeville, Ohio, Brooklyn Harless of Paigeville, Ohio, Justin Allen of Wilkesville, Brad Harless of Wilkesville, Matthew Smith (Olivia) of Wilkesville and Joseph Smith of Wilkesville; his great grandchildren, Hadalee Lambert, Reece Davis, Pyper Harless, Hazel Harless, Wylder Harless and Hudson Smith; and his sisters, Rosemary Pope and Loretta McQuaid. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home Inc. (208 N Main St, Vinton, OH 45686). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
