He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Branthoover (Christopher), Nicole Lutz (Geary) and Beth Walbeck (Michael); his grandchildren, Ethan, Elyse Branthoover, Cameron Martin-Lutz, Caleb, Emma, Elijah Lutz, Owen and Liam Walbeck; his great grandchild Logan Daugherty; his mother Lucille Johnson; his siblings, Jeffrey Johnson, Tamara Formica (Louis), Mark Johnson (Melissa), Debra Beal and Carl Johnson (Ben Hass); and his son-in-law Geary Lutz. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
