He is survived by: his spouse Cindy Cook; his stepchildren, Kelly Kosmala and Tom Klocker (Alison); his grandchildren, Jamie Zinn, Cassar, Cameron, Carson and Peyton Cook; his stepgrandchildren, Casey Kosmala, Alix Kosmala, Owen Klocker and Olivia Klocker; his great grandchild Jacob Zinn; his parent Helen; and his siblings, Gary (Pat) and Dennis (Linda).
