With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard C. O'Neil of Wickliffe, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on January 1, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel O'Neil and Edna O'Neil; and his wife Jo-Ann Heil. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Cindy (Otto) and Julie; his grandchildren, Bailey, Daniel and Sarah; and his siblings, Margaret Brown (Kevin) and Daniel O'Neil (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Richard's name to cmtausa.org or MDA.org.
