She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Shepard and Wanda Shepard (Parrish); and her brother Paul Shepard. She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Carney; her children, Carrie Carney (Brian Weiss), Keith Carney (Julie Pavelecky) and Christina Kostelnik (Russ); her grandchildren, James Dixon, Macie, Beckett Carney, Caitlynn, Grayson Kostelnik and Ethan Weiss; her sister Patricia Wallauz (Glenn); and her niece Samantha Wallauz.

Family suggests contributions be made to Crossroads Hospice, 9775 Rockside Rd. Suite 270, Valley View, OH 44125.
