He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Billicky and Pamela Tinkler (Bill); his wife Tammy Billicky (Kocevar); his daughter Kailey Billicky (Francisco Cervantes); his sister Lynn Lette (Darold); his nephew Chaz Howland; and his parents-in-law, Marion and Gerald Kocevar. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
