He was predeceased by: his son Mark A. Foster; his parents, George O. Foster and Mazine H. Leppelmeier; and his stepfather Dick Leppelmeier. He is survived by: his children, Debbie M. Foster of Wickliffe and Jeff M. Foster of Wickliffe; his grandchildren, Tracie Sell of Ashville, N. C. and Amber Sisko of Cleveland; and also Etta M. Verbsky of Eastlake.
