He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas DiBiase and Dolores DiBiase; and his sister Gayle Zelenskas. He is survived by: his girlfriend's children, Matthew and Joanne; his girlfriend Marcella Hogg; his children, Cristina Knapp (Donald) and Kelly DiBiase (R. J. Lukacs); his grandchildren, Matthew (Rachel), Katelyn (Quentin), Rachael (Patrick), Jordan (Connor), Jenna (Nate) and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Vincent, Scarlet, Boden, Nash, Arlo and Jaycie; his brothers, Ronald DiBiase and David DiBiase (Lois); and also, Max and Sam.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home (6330 Center St, Mentor, OH 44060). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (29850 Euclid Ave, Wickliffe, OH 44092).
