She is survived by: her children, Kendra Adams, Robb Adams and DJ Jacobucci; her grandsons, Daniel John and Dominic Jacobucci; her nieces and nephews, Kourtney Worth, Ryan Worth and Sean McGuckin; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayleigh Worth, Emma Hazel and Madelynn Hazel; and her sister Colleen Chevez.
