She was predeceased by: her husband Chester J. Jaworski; her daughter Lorraine Jaworski; and her parents, Rudolph L. Lipka and Katherine Lipka. She is survived by: her children, Steven C. Jaworski (Mary) of Mentor, Lauren M. Jaworski of Painesville Township and Neil R. Jaworski of Wickliffe; her grandchildren, Samantha Dowen (Christopher), Grace Jaworski, Julia Jaworski and Alexander Jaworski; and her great grandchildren, Trey Dowen and Summer Dowen.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name are suggested to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
