Josephine Strauss Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Strauss (Wickliffe, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 27, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; her parents, Anton Tomazic and Mary Tomazic; and her brother Tony (late Marge). She is survived by: her children, Susan Levar (Gordon), Gary (Arlene), Laurie Canala (John) and Kathy; her grandchildren, Timothy Levar (Melissa), Allison Jindra (Andrew), Regina Strauss (Christopher Windham), Daniel Strauss (Alison), Nicholas Canala (Kasey) and Christopher Canala; her great grandchildren, Mason, Charlotte and Jude; and her siblings, John (late Marion), Joseph (late Ethel), Edward (late Shirley) and Mary Horn (late Al).

Contributions may be made in memory of Jo to Hospice of the Western Reserve and the Alzheimer's Association.
