Lhotka (Jeremy), Antonio J. Haley, Dominic A. Haley, Zachary B. Haley and Carsen A. Whitlow; and his great grandchildren, Brantley Roberto, Grant Roberto, Camila Matic, William Haley, Harper Haley and Baby Lhotka.
