Luckett, Rochelle Johnson, Andrea Sewell of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Forestetta McDonald (Harry) of Lima, Ohio, Mary Ann Lail (Adam) of Wickliffe, Ohio, Forest Lee Johnson Jr. of Marion, Ohio, Larry Johnson of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jeffrey C. Johnson and Quincy Pritchett of Lima, Ohio.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
Jerain Ezra Johnson, age 39, of Wickliffe, Ohio passed from this life on Monday, February 21, 2022 at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation surrounded by his family.
