He was predeceased by: his spouse Margaret T. "Peg"; his parent Edward; and his sibling Cyril. He is survived by: his child Anne M. Olszewski (Ted); his grandchildren, Jennifer O. Hawe (Michael), Elizabeth A. Hunt (Alex), Michelle L. Magner (Matt) and Mark J. Olszewski (April Smith); his great grandchildren, Emily, Amelia, Daniel, Owen and Gabrielle; his parent Anna; and his siblings, Mary Jo Fagin (late Ernest) and Dennis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations in his name may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.
