She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Bennett and Alpha Bennett (Sponaugle); her daughter Peggy Lou Mills (Bland); her brothers, Paul, Raymond, Hartsel, Guy and Richard; her former husband Albert Bland of Macksville, WV; and her sister-in-law Darlene Bennett.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Logan Edward Coles of Chardon, OH, Josslyn Peggylou Coles of Chardon, OH, Beckett Allen Coles of Chardon, OH and Alexander Reed of Chardon, OH; her siblings, Harlan Bennett of Damascus, MD and Judy Stout (Dywayne) of Franklin, WV; her sister-in-law Nancy Bennett of Sugar Grove, WV; her grandson-in-law George Coles of Rossosh; and her aunt Idelta Sponaugle Lambert of Circleville, WV. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
