He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings E. Shifflett and Louise Shifflett (Jones). He is survived by: his brother Jeffrey Shifflett (Holly); and his nephew Andrew Shifflett.

Social distancing guidelines will be enforced and masks will be required if you attend the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to The Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
