He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Neibert and Helyn Neibert. He is survived by: his wife Jonnie Neibert; his sisters, Kay Reardron (Bob) and Trudy Neibert; his niece Deanne McCoy; and his stepchildren, Jonathan West, Zachary Freeman (Heather), Everett Freeman Jr. and Evett Freeman. He is also survived by in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Evelyn Dupler and Dotty VanScoy, grandchildren Ieshia Bender and Daniel Bender Jr. Due to the current pandemic no services will be held for Brian.
