He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele Caputo and Serafina Caputo; and his sister Antoinette Hart. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Cat Caputo and Mike Caputo (Anna); his grandsons, Ethan and Lucas; and his sisters, Marie Sebastian (late Bob) and Carol Caputo.
