He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sanford and Luella Sanford (Browning); his brother Rick; and his father-in-law Duane Valentine. He is survived by: his wife Colleen S. Valentine; his children, Trina Rosales (Rudy), Michael of Baltimore, MD and Joshua (Erin); his grandchildren, Andrew and Torie Rosales; his siblings, Vicki Brown (Lewis), Charles, Randy (Tammy) and Robert; and his parents-in-law, Phyllis Valentine, Christine Trautman (Jeff), Craig Valentine (Marcia), Christopher Valentine (Lesa), Cathleen Martin (Charlie) and Carey Valentine (Judy). He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
