He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Virginia (Thomas) and Charles Martin Miller; his sister Marilyn Fox; and his granddaughter Lynsey Redd. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Miller (Gabsa); his children, Lisa Wolf (Richard), Sharon Dickey (Mark), Gail Whitmer (Jeffery), Holly Smith (Wade), Tara Darnell (Jason) and Phillip Miller (Sundey); and his sister Peggy Schoonmaker (Lee). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
