She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Bonk and Mary Bonk (Dykes); and her husband Don Poitinger Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Don Jr., Glen Poitinger (Sheri) and Cheryl Butler; her stepdaughter Shawn Amick; her grandchildren, Jacob, Allison Poitinger, Jarrett Butler (Nikki), Alexis Golatka, Trey Yellen and Cole Amick; and her sister Joyce Mackerley.

The family suggests giving memorial contributions to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
