He is survived by: his wife Rita Wagoner (Acors); his children, Gary Wagoner of Barrington, RI and Karen Shellhammer (Ron) of Whitehouse, OH; and his siblings, Richard Wagoner of Maumee, OH and Sue Richardson of Toledo, OH.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
