It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica E. Palmer of Whitehouse, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Frey and Lisa Frey (Soeder); her son Jameson; her siblings, Erika Frey (James Schoenhofer) and Raymond Frey (Emily); her parents-in-law, Teresa Scheub (Nelson) and Gene Palmer; her grandmother Mary Soeder; her brothers, Cory Triggs (Katlyn) and Corey Long (Natasha Triggs); her nieces and nephews, Madilyn, Carly, Taylor, Emery, Scotty, Mason, Kyler, Sylas, Oliver and Nicole Truax (Jason); and her grandparents, Norman Soeder, John, Mary Frey, Gene and Mary Palmer.

She is survived by: her spouse Gene Palmer.
