We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Donald Kwiatkowski of Whitehouse, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kwiatkowski and Pearl Kwiatkowski (Matuszynski); his wife Patricia (Hipp); and his brother Gerald Kwiatkowski. He is survived by: his children, Greg, D. Scott Kwiatkowski (Monique), Gregory M. Kwiatkowski, Timothy Kwiatkowski and Deanna Olsen (Matt); his grandchildren, Grace, Jack, Gunner, Brianne, Zachary, Olivia, Birdie, Ethan, Lucy, Allison, Autumn and Calli; and his siblings, Janice Lechlak (Frank), Thomas Kwiatkowski (Carole) and Nicholas Kwiatkowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in Donald's honor to the Parkinson's Foundation.
