It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie J. Vance (Whitehouse, Ohio), who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chesley Crowder and Myrtle Crowder (Law); her husband Joe Vance; and her brother Jack. She is survived by: her cousin Mary; her children, Debbie Siravo (Michael), Sue Palmer, David Vance, Dennis Vance and Tommy Vance (Pam); and her siblings, Dorothy Brown and Ben Crowder.
