She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Smith and Iva May Smith (Sheppard); her siblings, Mildred, Nina, Verna, Grace and Jack Smith; her son Dennis; and her husband Gaylord.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas L Reyonlds (Sally), Patsy Motts (Tim) and Gayle Sass (James). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
