She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Antoinette "Nettie" Fish (Ontko) and John Dziak; her stepfather Oren Fish; her sisters, Janet Eaton and Rita Rutz; her husband William "Bill" Vaughan; her children, Laura Kemp (Tom), Clifton Vaughan (Bobbi) and David Vaughan (Sabine); her grandchildren, Matthew (Eleanor), Zachary (Kate), Andrew Kemp (Laura), Emma, Ben, Christian and Sergei Vaughan; and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Flora and Frances Kemp.
Memorial donations may be made to the Anna Jean and William Vaughan Scholarship Fund at the University of Toledo Foundation, Hope United Methodist Church, or the Alzheimer's Association.
