He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Lewis and Ruby Lewis (Linda); his son Brandon Lewis; his grandson Jordan Lewis; and his siblings, Ernest Conner and Shirley Kwon.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Ernest Lewis, Scott Lewis (Frankie), Elizabeth Lewis-Smith (Don) and Mande Lewis-Cicerella (Tony); his siblings, Jack Conner and Sandra Gill; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Christopher, Zen, Morgan, Vincent, Ava and Elle.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
