He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Hoge. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Miller (Hannahs); his stepfather Dean Hoge; his parents-in-law, John and Barbara Hannahs; his daughter Erica Miller; his brothers, Roger D. Miller and Michael Hoge; and his brother-in-law Danny Hannahs.
