With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank L. Williams of White Cottage, Ohio, who passed away on January 24, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Williams and Ed Williams; his children, Frank Jr. and Jodi Arnold (Eric); his grandchildren, Kyle, Kole Williams, Emma and Evan Arnold; his sisters, Donna Baker and Barb Arbaugh; his sister-in-law Norma Jardine; and his wife Eleanor.
