It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Lee Rice of White Cottage, Ohio, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luke and Mary Irene Rice (Holland); and his brother Gene Rice. He is survived by: his wife Janice Parrill Rice; his children, Randy Wolff (Sue), Melanie Smith (Jamie), Robby Rice, Robin Stephens and Heather Grimm (Dana); his sister Joann Norman; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Wolff and Tammy Smith; and his great grandchildren, Raelynn and Willow Wolff. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
