It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willa J. Knowlton of Whipple, Ohio, born in Lower Salem, Ohio, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rhodes and Myrtle Rhodes (Holdren); and her husband Ralph F. Knowlton. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Knowlton (Janet) of Marietta, Jerry Knowlton of Caldwell and Joann Ullman (Dale) of Marietta; and her grandchildren, Steven Knowlton (Mary), Eric Knowlton (Lesly), Sandra Whittle, Todd Ullman (Christine) and Brad Ullman (Shelley). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Salem Township Volunteer Fire Dept., or Twin Rivers Baptist Church Family Center.
