She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Franklin and Juanita I. Roff Dye; her former husband Dwain Biehl; her brother Larry Dye; and her stepchildren, Dale E. Cox, Jr. and Martha Cox.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Cox; her daughter Michelle Crum (Kenneth); her stepdaughters, Deborah Calhoun (Gregory) and Sharon Hill (Dugan); her grandchildren, Kody Crum (Caroline Eversman) and Kourtney Jane Snyder (Colten); her stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Calhoun (Laura), Brian Hill, Ashley Hill, Samual Cox and Shawn Cox; her stepgreat-grandson Jack Calhoun; and her caregivers, Sherry Whipkey, Lori Hill, Karla Jadwin, Dezzarae Fielder and Rose Murphy.
