He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis Stevens and Carol Stevens; and his great-grandparents, Francis Landaker and Gladys Landaker. He is survived by: his mother Michelle Stevens (Greg Athey) of Whipple; his grandparents, Michael Leonhart of Whipple and Darlene Leonhart of Whipple; his sisters, Summer Athey of Whipple and Erica Stevens of Marietta; his stepbrother Greg Athey Jr. of Williamstown; and his significant other Michelle Lightfoot of Zanesville.
