He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Longfellow Green; his children, Matthew Lee Green and Mary Beth Green of Whipple; and his siblings, Sue Ward of Marietta, OH, Rex Green (Cindy) of Caldwell, OH and Jerry Green (Tammy) of Zanesville, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
