He is survived by: his wife Martha J. Adkins Guy; his children, Billy Guy (Kat) of Catlettsburg, KY and Christina Guy of Jackson, OH; and his siblings, David Guy (Wanda) of Holden Beach, NC, Art Guy (Linda) of Northern, KY, Walter Fields (Linda) of Northern, KY, Ruth Daniels (Walt) of Northern, KY, Ethel Bauer of Northern, KY, Mary Bauer of Northern, KY., Earl Fields, Chuck Guy and Wilma Deaton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
