He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer D. Blevings and Gladys Hayslip Blevings; and his granddaughter Alisha Tomblin. He is survived by: his wife Charlott Allen Blevings; his daughters, Connie Tomblin Blevings (H. Lee Tomblin) and Cheryl Justice Blevings (Vic "James" Justice); and his grandchildren, Jamie, Heath, Jason and Tashina. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and eight great, great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home (11623 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH 45694). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
