She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Louise Carter (Tackett) and Charles Wesley "Jack" Carter; her grandson Richard Allen Brown III; her siblings, Pammie Lou Carter (Georgetta Davis), Mark Carter and Earl Carter; and her stepchildren, Tammie Sexton, Mary Queen and Stephen Queen.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Bentley (Lorenzo) of Minford, Sophia Blakemore (Garrett) of Piketon, Angela Queen of Wheelerburg, Roseanna Queen (Tony Keever) of Ashland, Tina Murphy (Michael) of Wheelerburg and Jacob Queen of Minford; her stepchildren, Eddie Queen (Gwen) of Texas and Theresa Glasgow (Steve) of Texas; and her siblings, Connie Sparks of Mansfield, Linda Huey (Ron) of Sciotoville, Wanda Doering (Yi), Jeannette Carter of Mansfield, Charles Carter of Mansfield and Jeff Carter (Nancy Stamper) of Mansfield. She is also survived by twenty six grandchildren.
