It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosalie Delores Ratcliff of Wheelersburg, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Zatto Ernest and Mildred Elizabeth Miller Vastine; her siblings, Ernest "Ernie" James Vastine and Pat Zellar (Herb); and her pet Missy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Boggs (John) of Roanoke, VA and Cindy Clark (Rick) of Wheelersburg; her brother Ronnie Vastine (Jean) of Portsmouth; her sisters-in-law, Jody Ratcliff Diaz of Waverly, Peggy Vastine of Wheelersburg, Elaine Euton of Huntersville, NC and Lorraine Tomlin of Wheelersburg; her grandchildren, Abby Reed (Cullen), Annie Roffe (Chad), Ben Boggs (Hannah) and Sarah Davis (Alex); her great grandchildren, Katie Bishop, Emma Roffe, Chessa, Milly Reed, Lucy Boggs, Callie and Breylon Davis; and her nephew Tony Diaz. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
