He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Holbrook (Wheeler) and Joseph Holbrook; and his siblings, Janice and Charles (Chuck). He is survived by: his wife Katherine Ann; his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Amanda; and his grandchildren, Jane and Alexander. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers- and sisters-in-law, and numerous family members and dear friends.
